Q: Where do I find information or parts on the older Whirlpool® equipment?
A: The older equipment was manufactured by Heil-Quaker, who is now a part of ICP. Contact your local distributor for further information.

Q: Is there a technical support number I can call?
A: There are two technical support numbers that you can call. The first line is to the manufacturers technical department, their number is 1-800-448-5872. The second is to a technical service advisor, their number is 1-866-305-9974.

Q: How do I register a unit for warranty?
A: A unit only needs to be registered if it is eligible for the Manufacturer warranty. For the standard factory warranty, the factory uses your equipments serial number to determine if it is still under warranty. The factory warranty does not begin until the equipment is installed, and for this reason it is safest to keep a copy of your invoice or documents showing when the equipment was installed.

Q: How do I register for the Manufacturer warranty?
A: The Manufacturer warranty can be registered by the contractor or homeowner and all relevant documents can be located on this site by clicking on the Manufacturer Warranty Registration picture at the bottom of the home page.

Q: Do I have to put my e-mail address on the Manufacturer warranty and why is it required?
A: The purpose of your e-mail address is to send you notification that your system is properly registered for the warranty. We do not sell your information; it is only used for warranty purposes.
